Step 1- Pressure clean

Once the entire roof has been checked over and any broken tiles replaced, we clean the roofs surface with a high pressure water machine. Which leaves the area free of any dirt and creates the optimum surface for repairs and painting to take place. Gutters are then flushed.

Step 2-Repoint ridge cappings

Next the ridge cappings and gables are fully repointed using flexi point. Other repairs to flashings and valleys are carried out if needed.

Step 3-Repairs

For tile roofs broken tiles are repaired or replaced. For tin roofs lifted nails are replaced with TEK screws and rust is spot primed.

Step 3-Seal or paint

The roof is then sealed with a clear sealer or two coats of paint colour of your choosing.
